This year, for spring break, we went to Disney World with Nana and Pawpaw! It was magical!
We stayed at the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort, which was super cute.
On our first night, we went to Downtown Disney for dinner and a little shopping. At the Lego store, they had these super cool Woody and Buzz Lego statues.
For our first day in the parks, we went to the Magic Kingdom, because I really believe that walking down Main Street and seeing Cinderella's castle should be everyone's first experience at Disney.
The kids' faces as they saw Main Street in the Magic Kingdom for the first time were priceless. Hard to capture on camera, but priceless.

We LOVE the teacups!
Here's Brett doing his cheesy picture smile at Mission Control (Buzz Lightyear ride):
Brett captured Zurg!
It's pretty awesome to be in a place where random parades with your favorite characters come down the street.
The first character that we got to take a picture with was Buzz. This was as close as Shelby was willing to get.
Meeting Mickey and Minnie = MAGICAL!
Apparently Pawpaw and Minnie were sharing a joke.
Obligatory ear hats:
We stayed late...really late....at the Magic Kingdom that night because we really wanted to see the Electrical parade and fireworks. It was super packed, and I didn't get any pictures of the fireworks, but at least we kinda sorta got to see them.
Day 1: done. Whew!
